전면으로 돌출된 각형의 틀에 한지를 입힌 듯한 형태로, 모든 면이 담박한 곡선으로 이루어져 절제된 한국적 인상을 담습니다.
초꽂이에 놓인 촛불처럼 낮은 중심에서 빛이 은은하게 퍼지도록 하였고
아래에는 긴 술을 늘어뜨려 초롱을 장식하는 유소(流蘇)로 사용하였습니다.
이 작품은 ‘리을 라이팅’의 월간조명 프로젝트로 진행되었습니다.

A wall light inspired by Chorong, a traditional Korean lantern.
Its angular frame projects outward as though covered in Hanji, traditional Korean paper. Each surface is shaped with restrained curves, creating a refined and distinctly Korean impression.
Like a candle resting in a candleholder, the light gently spreads from a low central point. A long tassel hangs below, recalling the yuso (流蘇) traditionally used to decorate lanterns.
This work was created as part of the Monthly Lighting Project with ‘Rieullighting’.
